Koseda & Co. Advisory is an independent advisory and introduction firm.
In many cases, clients do not pay direct advisory fees for introductory consultations and general strategic guidance.

Where a client proceeds with a transaction, Koseda & Co. Advisory may receive compensation from third-party providers, including but not limited to property developers, licensed brokers, financial institutions, and strategic partners.

Such compensation may take the form of referral fees, commissions, revenue-sharing arrangements, or other commercially agreed payments.

These payments are made pursuant to business-to-business agreements and do not increase the purchase price or fees charged to the client unless explicitly disclosed by the relevant third-party provider.

Koseda & Co. Advisory does not accept or hold client funds and does not execute transactions directly.

All agreements relating to acquisitions, investments, or financial services are entered into directly between the client and the relevant third-party provider.

Where direct advisory fees are introduced in the future, they will be disclosed in advance and agreed separately.

Compensation from third-party providers do not affect the advise provided to the client deals between third party providers regarding compensation to the advisory are discussed after the client decides to go with set provider so there is no bias while providing advisory services.
